The guy at 11 seconds into the video, however, seems to be all to comfortable with Barack as he scribes some kind of (suicide? ransom?) note as the President-Elect in ceramic form gazes off into the distance.
Another terrifying moment occurs at 1:17 as a very um, non-liberal looking family explains that they “thought this day would never come”. I bet you didn’t, fuckers! Anyway, it’s just an awful, awful, commercial. The plate makers even included the 27 undetermined electoral votes on the back of the plate. They try to justify it by saying that they are using the numbers from election day. Whatever.
